If you're unsure of the process, this is the Company and team to contact. If you know your marketing and want to speak with someone who is very knowledgeable, possibly more, Rick Rodriguez is definitely the person for you. I highly recommend V.I.P. Prior to turning 62, I have done some research on my own with regards to an HECM reverse mortgage line of credit both within the HUD websites & various other sources. I ended up somehow tracking down V.I.P Mortgage & speaking with Rick Rodriguez. From the first call, I knew I ended up with a person who was very knowledgeable & professional. Rick has been a pleasure to work with from day 1. Both my wife & myself met with him several times & we both share the same opinion with regards to his intelligence as subject matter expert & his gift of speaking & explaining things very clearly. I really appreciate doing Business with professionals and Meeting Rick for the first time, and with knowing very little about reverse mortgages it was such an amazing experience. He was so professional an explained reverse mortgages in a way my entire family could understand. Hi my name is George Mallory and I recently called Rick Rodriguez at V.I.P. Mortgage to inquire about a reverse mortgage on my house.we had a meeting and he explained what a reverse mortgage was and how they work in very good detail.So after the meeting I was convinced that a Reverse mortgage would work for me.Rick and his team got the ball rolling and I must say I’ve never had a better and smother mortgage transaction,the process is very detailed and thorough.The time line was also quick for me five weeks,And when I closed the Mortgage transaction.It was one of the best days of my life. So in closing I would like to add what made my determination to get a Reverse Mortgage.(Who are you saving it for?And why when you can have the best of both worlds and never have a House Payment for the rest of your life and have Equity after your Death). Meeting Rick for the first time, and with knowing very little about reverse mortgages it was such a comforting experience. He was so professional an explained reverse mortgages in a way anyone could understand. Every question that we asked, there was no hesitation what-so-ever.
